Mr. Manoj Kumar Chouhan is a seasoned professional with over 36 years of experience in the metals industry, encompassing key sectors such as aluminum, iron, and steel. Since joining Captain Steel India Ltd in 2008, he has led the Accounts and Finance department, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and transformation journey. His strategic insights and financial leadership have been integral in elevating the company to its current stature. Renowned for his collaborative approach and exceptional leadership, Mr. Chouhan's influence extends across all functional levels within the organization as well as with external stakeholders, making him a respected figure in the industry.

An alumnus of the University of Rajasthan, Mr. Chouhan's expertise is built on a distinguished career with esteemed companies such as Bhurarka Aluminium Ltd, Century Extrusions Ltd, and Alom Extrusions Ltd. His extensive background provides him with a deep understanding of the metal industry, and he is highly regarded for his acumen in accounts and finance.

Dr. Subhra Prokash Mukherjee is a seasoned Strategic HR Professional with over 23 years of experience across industries including steel, mining, BFSI, tea, and IT. He Worked with Company like Tata Consultancy Services, JMS Mining, TCG Digital, Magma Fincorp Limited, Tata Steel Limited, Jardine Henderson Limited etc., his expertise spans Strategic Business Partnering, HR Operations, Business Transformations, Leadership Hiring, Compliance, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement.

Currently at Captain Steel, Dr. Mukherjee is leading HR practices that align closely with the company’s strategic goals, focusing on initiatives that drive tangible results and measurable ROI. His innovative approach supports Captain Steel's vision to create a dynamic, people-centered organization.

Dr. Mukherjee holds a Doctorate in Human Resources from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Symbiosis University. Jawed brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation across industries such as FMCG, pharma, projects, telecom, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and agriculture. With 24 years in IT leadership, he has been pivotal in pioneering ERP implementations at Amul (GCMMF) and Adani Wilmar Ltd. His career includes heading IT functions at Sterlite Technologies Limited (Vedanta Group), Kancor Ingredients (now Mane), Omniactive Health Technologies, Spencer’s Retail, Nature’s Basket, and Spencer’s e-Commerce. At Captain Steel Group, Jawed now leads the digital transformation strategy across all group companies.

His core expertise encompasses IT Program Management, Risk Assessment, Change Management, ERP Implementation, IT Security Audits, System Architecture Design, and establishing ROI for IT investments. Additionally, Jawed has a strong focus on hyper-local e-commerce and business analytics, ensuring Captain Steel’s digital initiatives drive measurable business impact.

Jawed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Utkal University and an MBA from IRMA, Anand. He was part of the first batch of the IT Project Management course at IIM Ahmedabad and is a certified member of Project Management International (PMI).
