Position Overview
Captain Steel India Limited is seeking a seasoned and innovative Creative Lead to drive the creative vision and execution for our Corporate and Product Brands at the Group level. This strategic role is based at our headquarter in Kolkata and will be integral to our Marketing & Strategy Team.
As the Creative Lead, you will spearhead creative strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and impact in our brand messaging. You will manage agency relationships, oversee campaign execution, and develop communication strategies that resonate with consumers, trade partners, and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Custodian: Serve as the Brand Custodian, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and architecture across all mediums, including digital platforms.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the national creative and content strategy for all campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, cohesive creative content. Oversee the development of all creative materials, including design, copy, and multimedia production.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and third-party partners. Ensure that all creative assets align with brand objectives and are delivered within agreed timelines. Oversee resource allocation and coordination with agencies to develop compelling brand assets and marketing materials.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning efforts between marketing, sales, and product teams. Regularly review progress with stakeholders, address challenges, and refine strategies as needed.
- Digital Campaign Development & Execution: Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others. Utilize digital marketing tools for campaign management and optimization, and stay abreast of industry trends to integrate into strategies.
- Channel & Influencer Communication: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for engaging channels and influencers, ensuring the brand's message resonates with these key stakeholders.
- Content Strategy & SEO: Lead the content strategy with a focus on SEO to enhance online visibility and drive website traffic. Oversee the creation of website content, blogs, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and target audience.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget across brands and segments, including consumer, channel, and influencer marketing, to ensure optimal ROI.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years in creative supervision, digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships. Prior experience in handling mature B2C brands with extensive channel reach is essential. Experience in a creative agency is a significant advantage.
- Education: Postgraduate degree/MBA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is highly desirable.
